CONFLICT MATERIAL (fill out CMRT report)
Conflict minerals currently include the metals tantalum, tin, tungsten and gold, which are the extracts of the minerals cassiterite, columbite-tantalite and wolframite, respectively. Downstream companies often refer to the extracts of these minerals as 3TG.
COBALT REPORTING (fill out EMRT report)
The Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) is used in cobalt and mica supply chains to determine the country of origin and to identify refiners and processors. This template is developed by the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI).

REACH
Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) The RoHS is a directive regulating the manufacture, import and distribution of Electronics and Electrical Equipment (EEE) within the EU, which bans from use 6 different hazardous materials (to date).
PROP 65
The Prop 65 warnings affect all consumer products that are sold or distributed in the State of California; it is a consumer “right-to-know” law that warns that certain chemicals can harm your health. The Prop 65 law requires that the State of California publish and list all chemicals known to cause cancer, reproductive toxicity, or harm.
TSCA
The Toxic Substances Control Act of 1976 provides EPA with authority to require reporting, record-keeping and testing requirements, and restrictions relating to chemical substances and/or mixtures. Certain substances are generally excluded from TSCA, including, among others, food, drugs, cosmetics and pesticides.
USMCA
The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) which replaces the North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is a mutually beneficial win for North American workers, farmers, ranchers, and businesses. The Agreement creates more balanced, reciprocal trade supporting high-paying jobs for Americans and grow the North American economy.
